Kumon Santa Clara Central is moving!
New location:

The new center is located in the Albertson?s plaza diagonally across the street from our current center location (on the right of Albertson's when facing the stores - currently has a chiropractic sign). Moving date is tentatively set to be during the first week of December.

Kumon South Bay Math Challenge is a Success!!
Thanks to all the students who participated in our Math Challenge this year! Almost 300 students from 6 local centers joined in to compete against other students in their grade.

Our Annual Awards Ceremony will be held on Sunday, October 1, 2006 from 2pm - 4pm at the Chinese Cultural Center in Sunnyvale.
Advanced Honor Roll Awards, Summer Reading Challenge Participants, and other Student Achievements will be honored.

South Bay Math Challenge 2006
Hosted by the Kumon Centers in Evergreen ▪ Milpitas ▪ Sunnyvale/Mountain View ▪ Palo Alto ▪ Sunnyvale Central ▪ Santa Clara Central
Six local Kumon centers are hosting a Math Challenge competition for kids of all ages. Students will compete based on their current grade level. Prizes will be awarded for the top performer(s) in each level. Testing locations will vary depending on grade level.

Check-in starts at 10:30am
Early Registration by September 9: $5
Late Registration by September 15: $10

Math Challenge 2005
UPDATE 9/2005: Congratulations to Arjun Narayan! Arjun tied for 3rd in this year's Math Challenge.
 The Kumon Math Challenge is an annual summer competition for children in grades 1 through 10. Your child doesn't have to be a Kumon student to enter. Kids get to challenge their math skills and vie for scholarships awarded by Kumon. The event is open to the public and takes place at 33 universities across the United States and Canada. The top 10 students in each grade level will be awarded scholarships ranging from $250 to $1,500. (local currency)

Time: testing starts promptly at 11am

8/24/03 KNBR Giant's Day
Kumon and KNBR brought students, parents and instructors together at Giant's day in SBC Park. The day started out with Storytime with Lou Seal, and was completed by an exciting game between the Giant's and the Marlins.
